Everyone can do something to raise awareness of menopause/ruahinetanga, especially on World Menopause Day, 18 October or during World Menopause Month (October). Check out Ten Things I’ve thought of for starters and my favourite events below.

Getting trusted friends, family, neighbours or workmates together at home, in your community and work is a great way to learn about this normal and inevitable stage of life. Asking questions and sharing our knowledge and experience of perimenopause and menopause will help everyone feel more informed and supported.
